Full course description
This is a four-week course that will teach early-career managers and those wanting to become managers the soft skills needed to succeed as a leader in the workplace.
This course will allow for a two-week break from December 23 - January 5 for the holidays.
Topics covered include:
- How to gather data and an employee's history
- Preparing for a meeting with an employee
- What to remember as a amanger including listening techniques and dealing with reactions
- Moving forward from a critical meeting with an employee and how to follow up
