Creating a Collaborative Workplace Culture Fall 2024

This is a four-week course that will teach early-career managers and those wanting to become managers the soft skills needed to succeed as a leader in the workplace.

Topics covered include:

• Leading and changing culture, vision, and mission of a team or company
• The importance and benefits of collaboration
• Challenges and best practices of working with multigenerational workforces
• Navigating personal and professional relationships
