Full course description
This is a four-week course that will teach early-career managers and those wanting to become managers the soft skills needed to succeed as a leader in the workplace.
Topics covered include:
- The fundamentals of communication with a focus on legality issues
- Interpersonal skills of new managers
- The impact of communication in the workplace
- Building trust through communication
