Full course description
This is a four-week course that will teach early-career managers and those wanting to become managers the soft skills needed to succeed as a leader in the workplace.
Topics covered include:
- The difference between a manager and a leader
- Leading with a coach mentality
- How to handle providing feedback and best practices
- Engaging with employees effectively
