Full course description
This is a four-week course that will teach early-career managers and those wanting to become managers the soft skills needed to succeed as a leader in the workplace.
Topics covered include:
- How to motivate employees and inspire teamwork
- Beginning and leading group collaboration
- Conflict resolution in a manager's position
- Setting goals and strategic planning
