In this course, the participant will be able to not only understand what active listening is, but also how to demonstrate it in the workplace. Diving into this will allow the participant to become aware of empathetic listening and emotional intelligence while also recognizing the importance of body language and tone. The participant will also be able to skillfully influence others at work no matter the job title or position.
